BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
Booth assignment using priority screening will begin on June 1, 2012. Applications received after that date will be assigned in the order they are received. If you are a returning exhibitor, booth spaces will be assigned in a priority order based on the number of years the company has participated (since 2003), the number of booths held each year and the meeting sponsorship participation from the previous year. If 2012 will be the first year your company is exhibiting at the show, your application will be processed after June 1, 2012 in the order it is received.

ACTIVITIES IN THE HALL FOR 2012!
Again this year, we will have a silent auction area, photography booth and Friday Night Themed Receptions.  Attendees will have the opportunity to place their bids on outstanding prizes and have their professional individual or group portraits taken throughout the conference during trade show hall hours.  We believe these activities, along with all breaks and the buffet lunches for dentists (now included in their membership) and technicians in the hall each day, will continue to increase flow in the trade show hall and provide great exposure for your company products and services.
