FACD is the premiere state cosmetic dentistry organization.   By becoming a member of FACD, you will be among an exclusive group of Florida dentists.  Our member benefits and Annual Scientific Session are designed to advance your career and the cosmetic dentistry profession as a whole, and are unlike any you find anywhere else.

The current FACD membership dues are:

• Ready to become a part of FACD?  Get your membership application started today!  If you are currently an FACD member, use the Member Login section at the bottom left of the screen to renew your membership.  All FACD memberships are renewable on January 1st of each year.  All new members (and members who renew past February 1st) are also required to submit a $100 membership application fee.  This application fee is waived for each subsequent year, as long as dues are paid by February 1st of the following year. 

New members are also required to obtain sponsorship of two current FACD members.  However, if one of the signatures is a current FACD board member or FACD past president, the requirement for a second signature is waived.  To find an FACD member dentist, browse our FACD Member Directory or contact the FACD Membership Department at (866) 608-FACD or by email at membership@flacosmeticdentistry.org.
