Membership Application
Thank you for your interest on becoming a member of the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry! By becoming a member of FACD, you will be among an exclusive group of Florida dentists. FACD is the premiere state cosmetic dentistry organization, and our member benefits and Annual Scientific Session are designed to advance your career and the cosmetic dentistry profession as a whole.

The current FACD membership dues are $495 for dentist members and $395 for technician members. All new members (and members who renew past February 1st) are also required to submit a $100 membership application fee. This application fee is waived for each subsequent year, as long as dues are paid by February 1st of the following year.
