FACD Library
As a benefit to your membership in the FACD you will have access to our new lending library of continuing education materials. This library contains some of the most sought after speakers and educational materials available. These items are available to FACD members at a minimal rental fee.
Here is how the Library works:
- You may check out 2 items at any given time
- The cost for postage and handling is $15 per item. The lending library is free to you.
- You may keep the items for up to 30 days
- If not returned or an extension is not filed within 45 days, your credit card will be billed $100.00 or the replacement cost of the item(s), whichever is more.
- If an extension is filed you will have up to 60 days to return the items or your credit card will be charged $100.00 or the replacement costs (whichever is more)
How to check out items:
- Fill out and submit the online form.
- Your credit card will be charged for the postage/handling and your continuing education CD or Video will be sent to you. Lisa will keep your credit card # on file for any future lending.
- You will receive an e-mail notification that the items are being sent.
- You must return the item with in 30 days or file an extension if you require additional time. You may not keep any items more than 60 days.
- nce we receive your items back to the Library you will receive notice via e-mail that they have returned, at which time you are free to check out more items
