The male patient, in his thirties, presented with moderate spacing between his maxillary incisors, along with general color, wear and shape concerns.  A functional-esthetic diagnostic wax-up was utilized to verify case design objectives and to create provisionals that would further verify these objectives as well as the pre-determined patient desires.
