This patient came to our office wanting only one crown for an implant he already had placed at #12. He was adamant that he only wanted #12 restored. After a thorough exam we found one of his concerns was apprehension about dental procedures. He decided to have his mouth restored after learning we could use triazolam at his prep appointments. He wanted to keep a slight diastema.
