The patient wished for mandibular crowns and maxillary teeth whitening. She presented one month prior to mandibular orthodontic removal. After discussion of her tattered maxillary teeth, and limitation of "whitening" Tetracycline stained teeth, Robin requested porcelain restorations immediately after removal of braces. She did wish to phase anteriors followed by posteriors. Anteriors were done at this time. Maxillary: Empress veneers #4-13. Mandibular: Splinted Empress crowns #'s-23,25,26 and Empress veneers #27 and #22. Diode laser used to architecturally sculpt soft tissue. Robin wished to phase her dentistry. Posterior teeth will be done at a later date.
