Patient presented with congenitally missing permanent upper cuspids. Tooth #H had decay to pulp, #C was heavily restored, teeth # 4 and #12 had deep decay and both lateral incisors had a screwdriver shape.
Both upper and lower arches were bleached. The upper central incisors would not be altered other than by bleaching.
Functional esthetic wax-ups were fabricated on articulator mounted models for bridges from tooth #5 to #7 and #10 to #12.
Provisional bridges were fabricated using the wax-ups as a template, teeth #H and #C were removed and the ovate pontic sites were developed and monitored for 3 months. Final preparations and impressions were then made. Impressions were made of the patient approved temporary bridges, which were used to establish incisal edge position and labial contour and to develop an incisal guide table. Two three unit Ivoclar, e-Press all ceramic Bridges were fabricated and delivered.
