Patient presented with a negative smile line, dark teeth, unaesthetic crowns and composite restorations.

The lower teeth were bleached

A functional esthetic wax-up was fabricated on articulator mounted models and was used to create temporary crowns. Later, models were made of the patient approved temporaries to communicate incisal edge position, labial contour and to allow the lab to create an incisal guide table. Eight Ivoclar, e-Press all ceramic crowns were fabricated and delivered.
