Patient presented with Tooth #8 missing and replaced with a treatment partial denture. The space between teeth #7 and #9 was 13mm. She was referred to an orthodontist, where her teeth were moved to a restorable position.

Functional esthetic was-ups were fabricated on articulator mounted models for a 6 unit bridge from #6 to #11. A provisional bridge was fabricated and the pontic site was developed for two months. Final preparations and impressions were them made and the provisional restorations were refined. The patient approved provisional restorations were then duplicated, used to establish incisal edge position, labial contour and an incisal guide table and to be used as a guide for refinement of the final restoration. A 6 unit 3-M Lava bridge was fabricated and seated with 3-M, Rely-x cement.
