The patients concerns were short teeth and uneven gums. Tissue recontontouring to the proper length and temporaries were placed. Periodontal crown lengthening and exostosis removal was performed on teeth # 3-14. The restorations included teeth #6-11 Porcelain Veneers and #3,4,13,14 Porcelain Crowns.
