The female patient, in her early forties, presented with significantly worn and discolored maxillary teeth 7-10. A functional-esthetic diagnostic waxup was utilized to verify comprehensive case design objectives and to create provisionals that would further verify these objectives as well as the accurately pre-determined patient desires.
