Patient presented with old porcelain veneers #7-10, uncomfortable lower cast metal partial, and old cosmetic bonding lower incisors with significant wear. The patient desired a more esthetic & natural look to the upper and lower teeth and fixed restorations for the lower.
Teeth #7-11 were restored with refractory die feldspathic porcelain veneers bonded with Variolink. Connective tissue graft was performed at #25 site. Teeth #18-20, 24ñ26, 27ñ29 were restored with eMax bridges cemented with MaxCem clear. Teeth #í21, 22 and 23 were restored with eMAx single unit crowns as were the implants in the 30 and 31 position.
