Patient presented with mal-aligned maxillary anterior teeth, staining around an old composite, and worn incisors. The patient desired a straighter and more natural smile that was similar in shade to her original smile.

Case Write-up:

Implant at #4 position was restored with a PFM crown cemented with MaxCem.
Teeth #6 -11 were contoured & restored with direct bonded composite resin
(Herculite, Durafil, Esthetic-X and 4 Seasons).
