Patient completed full mouth orthodontics 2 years prior to consultation. She continued to crack and chip her back teeth. She was also unhappy with color and shape of her teeth. Developed a comfortable neuromuscular bite by tensing patient. Patient wore a removable orthotic for 3 months. Once she felt stable, we prepared her teeth at the new dimension.
