Patient presented with short worn teeth. She continually fractured front teeth due to thinning of the edges and brushing habit. A neuromuscular bite was developed by tensing patient several times to correct her bite. A removable orthotic was given to the patient to wear for approximately 3 months. Patent proved to be very comfortable. All teeth prepared for porcelain restorations at this new dimension. Full mouth rehabilitation was done.
